Legal Services: The Domestic Violence Project

The Domestic Violence Project: Provides legal assistance in Suffolk to victims of domestic violence relating to family matters, including orders of protection, custody and visitation. Child support will also be handled, if raised as a part of the custody/visitation case. The Project works closely with the domestic violence agencies with the goal of providing protection from abuse and independence for the victim, so as to end the cycle of violence.

This project is funded by the Office of Temporary and Disability Assistance.
