Legal Services: The Mental Health Law Project

The Mental Health Law Project: Designed to provide legal assistance in civil matter to persons who are severely and persistently mentally ill, this project focuses primarily on issues relating to basci necessities of life, such as housing, public benefits and access to health care.

This project is supported by the Suffolk County Office of Mental Hygiene, but the funding originates with the New York State Office of Mental Health.
