This program will provide practical analysis of general landlord-tenant law-based and pandemic-related changes to this highly specific and technical area of law including:
- - The Tenant Safe Harbor Act
- - The COVID-19 Emergency Eviction and Foreclosure Prevention Act of 2020
- - Implementation of the Housing Stability and Tenant Protection Act of 2019
- - Changes in court procedures related to the pandemic
The distinguished panel, will offer concrete problem-solving techniques regarding frequently encountered disputes and the impact of the pandemic on your residential landlord and tenant clientele. This program will focus on residential matters, including monetary awards and attorneys’ fees, judgments and warrants, evidentiary issues, predicate notice, service, affirmative defenses injunctive relief, and a whole lot more. This program is a MUST for both experienced practitioners and the newly admitted.
