Education and Disability Rights Project

The primary mission of the Education and Disability Rights Project (EDRP), is to assist income eligible families in protecting the education rights of students with disabilities.

Our representation includes attendance at Committee on Special Education (CSE) meetings, Resolution Session, Impartial Hearing and appeals to the State Review Office.

In addition, we help income-eligible individuals of all ages in the negotiation and appeal of adverse eligibility decisions pertaining to disability-related services/programs, including programs funded through the Office of People with Developmental Disabilities (OPWDD), and we also advocate for effective life transitions for individuals with disabilities.

We're committed to helping people in need vindicate their rights under the law.
