EAC, Inc. Supervised Visitation Program

Supervised Visitation provides supervision for visits between parents and children when the court feels that unsupervised access may be dangerous and harmful to the child. Families are directed to the program through a court order. After an intake and orientation process, a visiting schedule is determined. Non-custodial parents and their child(ren) generally visit once per week for an hour at EAC Network facilities. Off-site supervision is also available if directed by the court. Program staff monitors visits and provide reports to the court on the progress of visits. Parents also receive help in improving parenting skills, learning appropriate play behavior and help in developing positive relationships with their children. Visiting hours are scheduled for evenings and weekends, at a convenient location in Ronkonkoma. There is a sliding scale fee for services which supplements grant income.

We're committed to helping people in need vindicate their rights under the law.
