Empire Justice Center and National Center for Law and Economic Justice File Class Action Disability Complaint Against Suffolk County

September 5, 2019

The Complaint alleges that Suffolk County DSS, as administered by Commissioner Pierre, violates the Americans with Disabilities Act and Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 by discriminating against people with disabilities.
