Landlord Tenant Update

On July 11, 2019, our own, Marissa Luchs Kindler, Senior Staff Attorney, addressed a large group of housing attorneys on the subject of recent legislation which drastically changes landlord tenant law in New York.

The program took place at the Cohalan Courthouse and the panel included Judge Stephen L. Ukeiley and Patrick McCormick, Esq.
