Child Support Enforcement Bureau

The Child Support Enforcement Bureau locates absent parents, establishes legal paternity for children born outside marriage, establishes/enforces child support orders and monitors collection and disbursement of child support payments. Public Assistance recipients are automatically referred by their worker.
