FOR IMMIGRANTS
Although citizenship is not a requirement to receive legal assistance from Nassau Suffolk Law Services, as a Legal Services Corporation-supported agency, we have some restrictions in regard to representing undocumented residents.
Please call our offices to be confidentially screened for eligibility in order to receive legal help in one of our many service areas. Those who are not eligible due to immigrant status, will be referred to another agency where appropriate.
The following list of agencies may be able to assist with immigration-related services (eg. Deportation), questions and advice.
