The Low Income Household Water Assistance Program (LIHWAP) started its new program year on October 1, 2022. LIHWAP helps low income households pay the cost of water and sewer services. The program can assist households who have past due bills (arrears) for water and/or sewer services. As the new program year has begun, households may be eligible for additional assistance even if they have already received a LIHWAP benefit in the past. For more information, please visit OTDA’s website.
