Attention Bank of America Customers! The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau recently took action against Bank of America for breaking federal laws that apply to financial products. Some of the violations include overcharging bank account customers with insufficient funds fees, credit card customers failing to receive promised reward points and cash bonuses, and bank employees opening up credit cards without the customers’ authorization.
