Update on Rental Arrears for Town of Brookhaven Residents

Attention Town of Brookhaven Residents! Mark your calendars for July 28th. Tenants with rental arrears may apply for up to $25,000 in assistance. Applicants must have rental arrears incurred due to a COVID-19 related financial hardship. Applicants must have been current on their lease prior to April 1, 2020. There must be a valid rental permit. The link to download the application and to access the program guidelines will not be live until July 28th, 2023. Please see the flyer for more information.
