Undocumented residents can call 1-800-566-7636 or go to https://dos.ny.gov/ida-relief-excluded-new-yorkers to find out where to apply for relief. All others can call 1-800-622-3362 or go to https://www.disasterassistance.gov/. For legal help, please call 1-888-399-5459. The deadline to apply through FEMA for individual assistance is December 6, 2021.
